Official Name: National Association of Law Students with Disabilities
Year Founded: 2007
Leader: Elizabeth Kolbe, Stanford Law School
The National Association of Law Students with Disabilities is a coalition of law students dedicated to mentorship; disability advocacy; and the achievement of equal access, inclusion, diversity, and non-discrimination, in legal education and in the legal profession.
Through our partnership with the ABA Section of Individual Rights and Responsibilities, we are raising awareness and advocating for the rights of persons with disabilities within the legal profession. Our national student organization’s impact on recruiting, training and mentoring law students with disabilities will directly benefit the legal community.
